The ORPCA Board of Directors meets once a month, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts at 6:30pm and typically ends between 8pm and 8:30pm.

The agenda of the meeting covers the club events (drives, socials, garage, shows, …), planning, strategic development, sales and marketing, financials, web site status and membership status.

All members are invited to join the meeting. If you are interest in joining, please contact our Vice President.

Currently the board meets virtually in a monthly Zoom call.

If you are interested in getting to know the club better or even consider volunteering, attending the board meetings is a great opportunity!
