January SUV Drive

Welcome to the first SUV drive of the New Year!

The drive is a leisurely drive through the wine country and Willamette Valley. It is just shy of 80 miles and about 2 hours and 30 minutes driving time. We will meet at a Park in Beaverton, and then head south toward Cooper Mountain, through Midway, towards Yamhill, with a rest stop in Carlton. Then we travel west around McMinnville, south around Amity, crossing the Willamette on the Wheatland Ferry, then heading north to St. Paul for lunch. The route is mostly low elevation, in case of snowy weather there is an alternate route that avoids the higher elevations.

Please arrive by 9:00am. We will have a Participants Meeting at 9:15 and be on our way at 9:30.

Registration information:

• The “Release and Waiver of Liability” will be available to sign at the start of the drive.
• Registration is by car. Each driver please register their car. If you have a navigator, please register that person at the same time. If you don’t have a navigator, just mark the navigator question as NA. Please see registration at the bottom of this page.
• Attendance is limited to 15 cars.
• The start location and a printable PDF file of Printed Route Directions and Scenic Navigation App Access will be provided a day before the event to all registrants. Please do not share this information with anyone else. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not get an email with this information by 5:00pm the day before the event.
