April Arrive and Drive: Amity and Eola Hills – FULL – Waitlist Closed

This drive is full.   If someone cancels, we will reach out to the waitlist to fill in. 

The first Arrive and Drive is scheduled for Saturday, April 8. Mike Newby is organizing this drive.  This is a great way to kick off the weekend and a fun way for new members to get acquainted with ORPCA.
We will start from Wilsonville and head into the Amity and Eola Hills.  You will enjoy some spectacular scenery on this drive. We will head towards Newberg along the Willamette River, and drive around Newberg towards Dayton for a first rest stop. From there we will do a loop through Amity Hills to a second rest stop close to Hopewell. The third leg loops through the southern Eola Hills to Bethel and from there to McMinnville for lunch.

We will have everyone arrive together, do the Safety meeting and then leave in 2 groups 15 minutes apart.
Group 1 – Arrive at 8:30 am with a Participant safety meeting at 8:45 am and leave at 9:00 am.
Group 2 – Arrive at 8:30 am with a Participant safety meeting at 8:45 am and leave at 9:15 am.

Please register by car and identify the driver, navigator (if you have one) and any minors that might be joining.

Volunteers are needed to lead of Group 1 and we need sweep roles for both groups. If you are interested, please sign up during the registration process for one of these roles.

General information about this event:

• The “Release and Waiver of Liability” will be available to sign at the start of the drive.
• Registration is by car. Each driver must register their car. If you have a navigator, you will register that person at the same time. If you don’t have a navigator, just mark the navigator question as N/A.
• The start location and a printable PDF file of Printed Route Directions and Scenic Navigation App Access will be provided a day before the event to all registrants. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see an email with the directions within 24 hours of the event.
• Since this is a registration only event, please do not share this information with anyone else.
