The NW Passage Committee has created another exciting program, this year with routes in southern Oregon. The tour will travel on twisty backroads and open range roads, crisscrossing the Cascades.
Fall Tour: September 18-22, 2024 – On this Page you can purchase tickets for the Fall Tour
Tour Overview:
- The tour will start at the Boulder Falls Inn in Lebanon, OR., On Wednesday 9/18 afternoon with registration and a reception
- The first full driving day, Thursday 9/19, we drive from Lebanon, OR to the Diamond Lake in the Cascades for lunch and then on to the Running Y Ranch in Klamath Falls, where we will stay for three nights.
- The second driving day, Friday 9/20, starts at the Running Y Ranch and crosses the Cascades over to Jacksonville and to the Edenvale Winery for lunch, and then back to the Running Y Ranch.
- The third driving day, Saturday 9/21, is a 200+ mile loop drive.
- The fourth day, Sunday 9/22, leads us from the Running Y Ranch to the Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville, OR, where the tour ends.
Registration:
– The ticket prize is $975 per car
– Once you successfully purchased a ticket, you will receive:
- An email with a ticket that confirms your spot on the tour
- An email with the hotel booking instructions
Waitlist:
- Once all 40 tickets for the tour are sold, we will open a waitlist.
- If tickets become available due to cancellation of ticket holders, we will invite on a first on waitlist – first serve base to purchase available tickets

What’s not included with your registration:
– Hotel rooms. We negotiated a reduced rate at the two hotels, The hotel registration email will give you the registration code
Refund Policy:
- 100% refund until 90 days prior to tour start.
- 50% refund until 45 days prior to tour start. If we find a replacement we will refund the remaining 50%
- No refund after 45 days prior to tour start. If we find a replacement we will refund 100%.
