Goose Lights Holiday Tour

Registration must be completed for each part separately: pre-museum drive, museum visit, and dinner.

Event Description:

Goose lights galore! Come join in a late afternoon drive and meander thru the lighted planes of Evergreen Air Museum in the evening followed by refreshment at Golden Valley Brewery. Meet at 3:30 PM for a 55 mile drive from Tigard. Meander thru the hills and countryside, enjoying the late fall foliage and vineyards. Then, arrive at Evergreen Air Museum around 5:30 PM to participate in the lighted planes on display with the Spruce Goose. After your fill of planes and lights, drive over to Golden Valley Brewery around 7:00 PM for refreshments and food. Evening admission for the museum will be $15 per person so please register for all members attending. Drive will vary based on weather conditions, also we will welcome those who want to meet at museum and forgo the drive. Please let us know if you will attend the drive, museum, and dinner so we can make RSVP’s and purchase tickets. Come join us in launching the holiday spirit.

Registration Information:

Registration will open December 1 at 7:00 PM. Volunteers are needed for Leads and Sweeps. Please volunteer when you register, if you are able and willing to accept the responsibilities.

General Information about this Event:

For the drive portion, registration is by car, and you can indicate a navigator if applicable. For both the museum visit and dinner parts, registration is by member.

The start location, time, description of Digital Navigation Support as well a printable PDF file of Driving Directions will be provided two days before the event to all registrants. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see an email with the directions within 24 hours of the event.

Each Participant (Driver and Navigator) is required to sign the “Release and Waiver of Liability” at the start of the drive.

We encourage all participants to take pictures and share the pictures either on our social media sites or upload them to our photo repository using the link provided with the driving directions.
